Pool A: Tyler John Tyler, Fort Worth Paschal, Arlington Martin, Richland
Tyler John Tyler went 3-1 last week before falling in the semifinals at Tyler Lee. Fort Worth Paschal and Arlington Martin have both gone 4-5. Richland has already qualified.

Pool B: North Crowley, Keller Central, Dallas White, Grand Prairie
North Crowley is 3-4 in SQT play this year making it to the semifinals at the Southlake Carroll SQT. Grand Prairie is 1-5 in their two SQT appearances this year. Keller Central and Dallas White will both be making their first showing this year.

Here are the pools, stats and of course my predictions for the Buda Hays Consolidated State Qualifying Tournament
Pool A: Buda Hays Consolidated, Austin Travis, San Antonio Alamo Heights, Cedar Park
This pool will come down to the game between Buda Hayes Consolidated (1-2) in SQT play and Austin Travis (1st SQT this year). San Antonio Alamo Heights and Cedar Park have both already qualified.
Mike’s Pick: Buda Hays Consolidated
Pool B: Austin Akins, Lockhart, Kyle Lehman, Round Rock Stony Point
Lockhart (1-2) in pool play is the only non-qualified team in this pool to have seen any SQT action this year. Both Austin Akins and Kyle Lehman are participating in their first sQT of the year. Round Rock Stony Point has already qualified.

Pool C: Gregory-Portland, Austin Bowie, Cedar Park Vista Ridge, New Braunfels Canyon
Both Austin Bowie and Cedar Park Vista Ridge are 2-1 in pool play this year while Gregory-Portland will be seeing their first SQT action. New Braunfels Canyon has already qualified.

Pool D: Dripping Springs, Round Rock McNeil, Georgetown, Austin Lake Travis
Dripping Springs (2-4), Round Rock McNeil (0-3) and Georgetown (3-6) will all compete in this pool. That is a combined 5-13 record in SQT play. Austin Lake Travis has already qualified.

Rockwall Division I State Qualifying Tournament Pools

Here are the pools, stats and of course my predictions for the Rockwall State Qualifying Tournament
Pool A: Rockwall, Arlington Lamar, Mansfield Legacy, Nevada Community
Rockwall and Mansfield Legacy have each gone 3-6 in SQT play this year. Nevada Community is a 3A team that did not qualify at a Division II SQT earlier in the season. Arlington Lamar has already qualified.

Pool B: Garland Lakeview, Rowlett, Midlothian, Lewisville
Rowlett has gone 0-3 so far this year in SQT play. Midlothian has gone 3-8 while Lewisville has gone 3-9. A combined 6-20 in SQT play from those 3 teams. Garland Lakeview has already qualified.

Pool C: Tyler Lee, Garland, Rockwall-Heath, Arlington Seguin
Garland has an overall 4-3 record in SQT play making it to the semifinals at the Mesquite SQT. Arlington Seguin is 3-4 and they also made it to the semifinals at the Mesquite SQT. Rockwall-Heath went 1-2 last week. Tyler Lee has already qualified.

Pool D: Plano, Allen, Wylie, Garland Naaman Forest
Allen has not participated in an SQT this year but they will bring lost of talent like QB Matt Brown. Wylie is 4-5 in SQT play this year including a 20-50 loss to pool opponent Plano. Garland Naaman Forest is 0-3 this year including a 20-61 loss to Plano. Plano has already qualified.
